More recently, Specialty Vehicle Engineering acquired the rights to use the revered Yenko name and unleashed limited numbers of the modern Yenko/SC Camaro. Carrying a $46,995 premium over the cost of the car itself and featuring 835 HP Stage 1 tune, this monstrous 2019 Chevrolet Yenko Camaro SC features a custom-built, all-aluminum 6.8L LT1 V-8 engine with a forged 4340 steel crankshaft, H-beam connecting rods and forged aluminum pistons at its heart. CNC-ported LT4 cylinder heads provide enhanced airflow in concert with an upgraded fuel system and injectors feeding a high-output supercharger with optional custom white finish. A custom performance tune maximizes output. Black powder-coated aluminum engine covers feature the instantly recognizable Yenko crest. An automatic transmission delivers the power to the road, with braking handled by a set of Yenko-badged brake calipers in the optional custom white finish. The aggressive 20-inch 5-spoke Stage I wheels feature a Gunmetal finish and Yenko-crested center caps. Michelin Pilot Sport extreme-performance tires deliver grip. Other Yenko/SC upgrades include a body-color carbon fiber hood, the “sYc” (Yenko Super Car) logo embroidered into the seat headrests, and the upgraded seat trim package including smart houndstooth inserts. Bold white stripes hug the sleek Camaro’s contours and announce this potent performer’s intentions to all onlookers. Handsomely finished in Riverside Blue Metallic paint over black upholstery, this stunning 2019 Yenko Camaro SC Stage I Camaro is one of only 25 examples produced for 2019 and now comes to market with just 35 miles on the clock. |
