Van Lear, KY Up for sale is a beautiful 1996 Ram Air Trans Am. I have receipts of the upgrades on this car for over $12,000. What was been upgraded on this car: Performance Parts added: 8 psi Intercooled Procharger, Comp Cam, BBK throttle body, ED Wright custom computer program, SLP Headers, Flowmaster Exhuast, 3.73 gears, and Accel 30 lb. Injectors. I know I have forgotten a few things but this is a fast car! Transmission is a Hughes Custom built 4l60e with a 3500 converter. The only problem with the entire car is the transmission either has a band broke or a servo that is bad. A local car dealer said it would be anywhere from 300-850 to fix this problem. The car still drives but it only has 1st and 3rd gears working at the moment. Interior is basically stock with a few Autometer gauges. Exterior has been blacked out, tail light covers, fog light covers, rear window spoiler. Also the stripes and the firebirds are painted, no stickers on this car! Wheels and tires are the factory 17" WS6 rims with Daytona tires. Front tires have plenty of tread left, the rears have about 1/3 left. This car has a small dent on the drivers side quarter panel and a few scratches on the passenger side door. The car does have some flaws because it has been out of a climate controlled garage a few times. On January 31, 2007 I had all fluids and filters replaced, drivers side window motor replaced, and a detailed inspection done of the car. The air conditioner blows ice cold air, and this car has never been smoked in! Believe me you won't be disappointed with this car, it is a real head turner!! |
